You will also want to use good scissors for cutting and tweezers to grab the strings.
To make Sicilia Sun snip off a 15" length of the two-ply ribbon. Place five sugared almonds in every other one of the ten larger peaks. Grabbing hold of the ends of two tension strings sewn into the lip, pull the material gently away from the strings at one end. Repeat on the other side. Tie a secure knot. Decorate!
