Biella is a two-ply ribbon. On one side is a solid white or ivory fabric. On the other side is organza, which is nice because it allows you to see the sugared almonds inside. Biella fabric is made in Italy. It is sold by the roll. Each roll makes 50 favors.
The finished favors are about 4 1/2" wide.
